FAQs

Q: Is there COD?
A: Yes, but both parties will have to arrange meet-up at least 3 days beforehand. Hence, 20% of the payment - or a certain amount of deposit - has to be paid to our public bank account first. This to avoid back-out buyers. Do understand our difficulties. :)

Q: Are all your products ready stock?
A: Yes, they are. Though, some of the bags/purses may come in other colors which are not displayed, and can be specially ordered for individuals who are looking for them.

Q: Do you restock?
A: Depends on availability. If it is restock-able, or if another customer is unable to make payment within 24 hours, then it will be on the market again. Even though the bag/purse might be restock-able, we will not keep restocking it once its sold out. Please enquire for restock purchases and do note that you will need to pay upfront for restock items. :)

Q: Do you take returns?
A: No. Any item sold is not returnable or exchangeable. We ensure every item is in good condition before delivery.

Q: Do you swap?
A: If there is a customer who is interested in the bag/purse you have purchased, we might help you contact that customer, with his/her consent of course.
